*Mimosa Homes DOUBLE ADVANTAGE Promotion is valid until the 15th of December 2024 or to the first 200 buyers. This promotion is only available to new deposits taken from 2nd of September 2024 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To be eligible for this promotion, the customer must deposit an initial $2,000 and have purchased or own a block of land within the Mimosa Homes build zones. The client must take the fixed site costs applicable to relevant build area to be eligible for the promotion. This offer is limited to 1 promotion per home with the M Collection. Offer is subject to all sales documentation being signed off and received by Head office within 30 days of initial deposit or as directed in Authority to Proceed Document included in the Preliminary Agreement.
All items are based on standard floorplans only. Any modification to floorplans may result in additional costs based on items selected. Mimosa Homes reserves the right to substitute products within this promotion to a similar product should it not be available.
*SINGLE STOREY PACK: package inclusion savings of $11,520 are based on the Saba 331. if the home is modified, additional charges will apply. Evaporative cooling unit model and number of points will vary and is design specific. No credits or rebates will apply if package is not purchased. Package can only be purchased as whole packs and cannot be altered.
*DOUBLE STOREY PRESTIGE PACK: package inclusion savings of $29,864 are based on the Ibiza 407. Braemar reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning unit is not applicable to the Langmore 274 and will be substituted with a low-profile evaporative cooling unit and a $5,000 credit. Values may vary dependent on house type chosen. If the home is modified, additional charges will apply.

*SAVE UP TO 50% OFF FIXED SITE COSTS: Fixed Site costs on the Mimosa Homes standard geographical areas, up to P class site classification, Level 1 compaction certificate or report (to be provided by client), bored piers, fall up to 1000mm over entire lot area, rock removal. Excludes developer requirements, re-establishment survey, retaining walls and AGI Drains. Fixed site costs are also dependent upon Mimosa Homes preferred siting including home being a minimum of 1 metre from any adjoining property easement/s. Should actual
levels on block of land differ to engineering provided by land developer or client, the lot will be re-assessed. Should the lot exceed the terms & conditions as per above in Mimosa Homes fixed site costs, additional charges will apply SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. Fixed site costs offer savings are dependent on your build location. The Save Up To 50% on Fixed Site Costs is based on a maximum saving of $5,000 saving for a single storey home M Collection and a maximum saving of $11,000 saving for a double storey home M Collection subject to terms and conditions in Mimosa Homes Preliminary Agreement.
